Return Policy for Against the Grain Works, LLC

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our email info@againstthegrainworks.com with your order number and photos of the issue.  If your package is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so I can help file a claim or work to repair the piece.  We’ll do our best to make it right.
